Founder & CTO

Jaime is a seasoned Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience crafting robust solutions using .NET and Angular. By day, he bridges complex technical challenges with elegant code, delivering scalable applications for global clients. By night, he transforms into a dynamic NYC Bachata dancer, blending precision and passion on the dance floor.

A community builder at heart, Jaime co-organized El Colmado, a renowned NYC Latin dance event. Whether debugging code or perfecting a salsa spin, he thrives at the intersection of logic and creativity—proving that innovation lives in both technology and movement.

Aubrie Salzman

Co-Founder & COO

Aubrie is a dancer, dance teacher, and operations director, combining 20 years of dance experience with over a decade of expertise in small business operations and e-commerce.

With a background in both dance and online business, she combines her deep knowledge of the dance community with her diverse skills to drive product development and shape the strategic direction of DanceFam, ensuring our tools truly serve the people who use them.
